Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

  • All areas of Lebanon
  • All areas of Nigeria
  • All areas of Côte d’Ivoire

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and any necessary delivery instructions.

Shipping Fees

Our delivery fees are:

  • Lebanon: $4
  • Nigeria: ₦7,000
  • Côte d’Ivoire: 3000 CFA francs

The applicable delivery fee will be displayed or confirmed before the order is completed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment and order details have been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, security conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Information

Customers must provide:

  • Full name
  • Correct phone number
  • Complete delivery address
  • City, region, or state
  • Any useful delivery instructions

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

Customers should contact us immediately if they need to correct their delivery details. Changes cannot be guaranteed after the order has been dispatched.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Customers must be available to receive their orders and respond when contacted by the delivery company.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses the order, or provides incorrect information, additional delivery charges may apply.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver all orders within 3–5 business days, occasional delays may happen.

Delays may be caused by:

  • High order volumes
  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Customs or local delivery restrictions
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it may be sent to the customer by email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Tracking availability may depend on the country and delivery company.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect their orders immediately after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the item
  • Photos of the package and delivery label

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution according to our Return and Refund Policy.
